Denver Locksmith Store works as a referral call center. Your request goes to an independent locksmith contractor, who invoices you and provides the warranty. The terms page explains this.

The price list shows a $29 service call fee plus labor and any hardware. The dispatcher gives an estimate from your description, and the contractor confirms it before starting.
